Verification of identities:

· All users are required to verify their identity before being able to use the platform. This helps to ensure that everyone on the platform is who they say they are.

· We use a variety of methods to verify identities, including phone number verification and government-issued ID checks.

· We also encourage users to add additional verification to their profiles, such as linking to their social media accounts or providing references.

Prohibited content and activities:

· Our platform is not to be used for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities. Any user found engaging in such activities will be permanently banned from the platform.

· We do not allow the sale or promotion of any illegal goods or services, or any content that is defamatory, harassing, or otherwise offensive.

· We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our terms of service or that we deem to be inappropriate for our platform.

 Reporting and handling of misconduct:

· If you encounter any misconduct or suspicious activity on our platform, please report it to us immediately through abuse@squaregigs.com. We have a dedicated team that investigates all reports and takes appropriate action.

· If a user is found to be engaging in misconduct, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban them from the platform.

· We also offer a dispute resolution process for clients and freelancers who have a disagreement about a project. Our team will mediate the dispute and help find a resolution.

Your privacy:

· We take your privacy seriously and have implemented measures to protect your personal information. Please refer to our privacy policy for more information.

· We will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent unless required by law.
