Service providers must complete all work to the best of their ability and in a timely manner as agreed upon with the client. If a service provider is unable to complete the work as agreed upon, they must notify the client and come to a resolution before the deadline.

Service providers must respect the intellectual property rights of others and not use any copyrighted materials without proper attribution or permission. This includes obtaining the necessary licenses or permissions for any copyrighted materials used in the course of providing services.

Service providers must maintain confidentiality with respect to any client information they may receive. This includes not sharing any client information with third parties or using it for any purpose other than fulfilling the services agreed upon with the client.

Service providers must be responsive and professional in their communication with clients. This includes responding to messages in a timely manner and maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor at all times.

Service providers must adhere to any and all relevant laws and regulations. This includes complying with all relevant tax laws and any other laws or regulations that may apply to the services being offered.

Squaregigs reserves the right to remove any service provider or service offering that does not meet these standards or is deemed inappropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, any service provider or service offering that is in violation of these terms or any applicable laws or regulations.
